QUALIFICTIONS MA LICSW

required. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a long-term care setting. Solid working knowledge of discharge planning, Medicare/Medicaid, OBRA regulations, community resources, social work methods and techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills required. Knowledge of electronic medical records, MDS, and Care Plans.
