Job Description

Now Hiring Part-Time Social Worker Regalcare at Harwich is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to excellent care and service. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a BSW or MSW and bring a passion for improving the quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities include:
Providing emotional support and counseling to residents and families Assisting with admissions, discharges, and care planning Advocating for resident rights and needs Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW required) Experience in long-term care or a healthcare setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team We offer: A supportive team environment Flexible part-time hours Competitive compensation
