- Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is seeking a licensed Social Worker to join our Early Intervention (EI) program which supports children from birth to three years of age with developmental delays or disabilities in the Everett, Malden, and Medford area.
Responsibilities:
Assess the developmental levels of infants and toddlers using standardized screening tools Provide interventions focused on psychosocial development, family systems, and resource identification Develop and track progress on treatment goals outlined in the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) in the home setting Deliver transdisciplinary services to families and children enrolled in the Early Intervention Program Collaborate with families, physicians, and agencies to ensure a team-based approach to planning and treatmentQualifications:
Requires an Master's degree in Social Work or related field Clinical Licensure required/LCSW LICSW preferred Experience working with young children with behavioral and mental health conditionsValid Massachusetts Drivers License Schedule:
