Job Description
The Lee Youth Association is looking for staff for the After School Program that we will be running at Farmington River Regional School District for the school year 2026-2027. The program will run five days a week from immediately after school until 5:30 at FRRSD. This program will be run by the Lee Youth Association and licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. The site coordinator will be in charge of the program and all of its' activities. The Lee Youth Association will provide any needed materials for these activities. You will be responsible for overseeing the after-school staff and children as well as interacting and speaking with parents about their children and any question/concerns at pickup. The Site Coordinator will need to be First Aid/CPR certified (we will provide this class). The site coordinator must be at least 20 years of age and at a minimum have a high school diploma or equivalent and have one year of experience working with school age children.
