Clinician - Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT) Pittsfield, MA + Berkshire County | Community-Based | Full-Time If you're looking for meaningful clinical work where you can actually change the trajectory of a child and their family, this is it. This role is focused on early, intensive intervention—working directly with children and families in their homes, schools, and communities to stabilize behaviors and build long-term success. What You'll Do Provide intensive family therapy in home and community settings Work with youth at risk of higher levels of care (DMH, MassHealth involvement) Maintain consistent engagement (3-5x per week) with families Complete assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing progress tracking Develop and monitor safety plans in real time Partner with schools, providers, and community supports Deliver coaching and guidance to families navigating complex challenges What the Work Looks Like 70% field-based (homes, schools, community) | 30% admin Small caseload (5-10) = deeper impact per family Team-based model: work alongside family partners + support staff Shared on-call rotation (primarily phone-based; limited in-person response) What Makes You Successful Here You're comfortable working independently in the field but stay connected to your team You can manage high-acuity situations with strong clinical judgment You believe in early intervention and prevention You're organized, responsive, and communicate clearly You're flexible—because no two days (or families) look the same What You Need Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field License-eligible or holding a license (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW) Willingness to obtain licensure within 6 months of eligibility Experience with children/families (internship, volunteer, or professional) Valid driver's license + reliable transportation Compensation Competitive hourly rates based on licensure Mileage reimbursement On-call stipend + premium pay for response time Ready to Join Our Team?
