• Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT) Pittsfield, MA + Berkshire County \| Community-Based \| Full-Time If you\'re looking for meaningful clinical work where you can actually change the trajectory of a child and their family, this is it. This role is focused on early, intensive intervention
• working directly with children and families in their homes, schools, and communities to stabilize behaviors and build long-term success. What You\'ll Do
• Provide intensive family therapy in home and community settings
• Work with youth at risk of higher levels of care (DMH, MassHealth involvement)
• Maintain consistent engagement (3-5x per week) with families
• Complete assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing progress tracking
• Develop and monitor safety plans in real time
• Partner with schools, providers, and community supports
• Deliver coaching and guidance to families navigating complex challenges What the Work Looks Like
• 70% field-based (homes, schools, community) \| 30% admin
• Small caseload (5
• 10) = deeper impact per family
• Team-based model: work alongside family partners + support staff
• Shared on-call rotation (primarily phone-based; limited in-person response) What Makes You Successful Here

• What You Need
• Master\'s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• License-eligible or holding a license (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW)
• Willingness to obtain licensure within 6 months of eligibility
• Experience with children/families (internship, volunteer, or professional)
• Valid driver\'s license + reliable transportation Compensation
• Competitive hourly rates based on licensure
