As part of a dedicated and collaborative team, employees help ensure that high-quality, person-centered support is available to those who need it most. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a social service setting while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. In this role, you will observe and document visits between children and their non-custodial parents, helping to ensure a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment. Visits may occur for families experiencing challenges such as domestic violence, substance use, extended separation, or abuse and neglect. As part of a caring and collaborative team, you will: Maintain a safe and friendly visitation environment for all participants and support positive interactions between children and parents during visits. Facilitate and document parent-child interactions Intervene or redirect interactions if needed Ensure the child's physical and emotional well-being during each visit

Required Skills Must have:
excellent communication and organizational skills common sense and maturity be able to effectively set limits with others valid driver's license and regular access to a reliable vehicle Must be able to safely supervise children and to carry out the routine tasks and physical activity required to keep up with children and their parents.
