REPORTS TO
Out of School Time Director/Out of School Time Coordinator
JOB GOAL
Under supervision of the Director or designee, supervise children during playtime, ensuring safety and appropriate interactions.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct Child Care:
Implement age-appropriate activities and learning centers Provide individual attention to children as needed. Monitor children for signs of distress or potential hazards.
Classroom Support:
Prepare materials and set up learning environments for activities. Lesson plans and curriculum implementation. Facilitate small group activities under the Site Coordinator or Program Coordinator supervision. Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
Communication and Documentation:
Observe, document, and communicate concerning behavior to the Site Coordinator, Program Coordinator or DirectorMaintain accurate records of children's attendance and daily activities.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow all EEC regulations regarding child safety and hygiene practices. Participate in emergency drills and procedures. Adhere to all reporting requirements regarding child abuse or neglect.• Performs such other appropriate tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
