QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's Degree in Social Work preferred
• Minimum LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
• LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker)
• Current MA State license in Social Work
• Knowledge/experience in hospice preferred
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Reliable and flexible with the ability to work autonomously in the field
• Positive prior work history with great references
• Comfort level with electronic documentation
