Job Description

Make a meaningful impact with a part-time, onsite School-Based Social Worker opportunity supporting students and staff within one of our valued district partners. This role offers the chance to provide counseling, social-emotional support, and collaborate with educators to help students thrive both academically and personally. Responsibilities:
Provide counseling and support services for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and strategies to promote student success Participate in IEP and 504 planning and meetings as needed Collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators to support student growth and well-being Serve as a liaison between schools, families, and community resources Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and licensing requirements
Qualifications:
