Tuscola Behavioral Health Systems (TBHS) has been providing services within Tuscola County since 1974. As the Community Mental Health Agency within Tuscola County, we are here to provide services to children with severe emotional disorders, adults with mental illness, substance use disorders, and intellectual/developmental disorders. This job is located in Caro, Michigan. Full-time position

Salary Range:

$29.13

• $37.35 per hour
• based on Master's Level licensure status (limited vs. full licensure)$25.87
• $30.70 per hour
• based on Bachelor's Level licensure status $5,000.

Requirements:

Full or limited Michigan licensure (LMSW or LLMSW) as a Master's social worker preferred; Consideration will be given to LPC and LBSW candidates. CAADC preferred. Minimum of one year experience in providing services to adults with a mental illness. Strong collaboration / coordination / advocacy skills desirable. Valid driver's license and automobile insurance are required.

Responsibilities:

Serves as part of team providing a therapeutic set of intensive clinical, medical, and psychosocial services that includes case management, psychiatric services, counseling/psychotherapy, housing support, substance use disorder treatment, and employment and rehabilitative services in community settings. These services and supports are designed to promote growth in recovery.

IDDT/DBT

knowledge/training is desirable. Position requires travel (agency vehicle available) and periodic after hours on-call availability.
