JOB TITLE
Student Success Coordinator- GSRP The Student Success Coordinator supports the overall operation, compliance, and continuous improvement of the GSRP Preschool Program. This position works collaboratively with administrators, teachers, families, community agencies, and support staff to ensure high-quality early childhood education services that promote school readiness, student success, and family engagement. Duties and Responsibilities Assist the Program Director in the daily operation and supervision of the GSRP preschool program. Support implementation of GSRP requirements, licensing regulations, and compliance standards. Provide comprehensive intake, screening, ongoing monitoring, and tracking for GSRP applications. Recruit and enroll eligible families into the program. Maintain regular contact with families based on individual family needs to promote partnerships and ongoing communication. Support staffing schedules, classroom coverage, and operational logistics. Conduct family outreach and maintain positive communication with parents/guardians. Organize parent education workshops, transition activities, and family engagement events. Build and maintain partnerships with community agencies and support organizations. Support transition planning for children entering kindergarten. Attend required meetings, training, and professional development activities. Maintain knowledge of current early childhood education practices, GSRP regulations, and student support strategies. Demonstrate professionalism, ethical conduct, confidentiality, and cultural responsiveness in all interactions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or CDA. Experience working with preschool-aged children and families preferred. Knowledge of GSRP requirements, early childhood development, and family engagement practices preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, families, and community partners. Proficiency in basic computer applications and data management systems. Physical Requirements Ability to move throughout classrooms and office environments. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to interact effectively with young children and families in indoor and outdoor settings. 210 work days Pay rate starting at $23/hour Interested applicants must apply online at www.clioschools.org.
