Inkster, MI Job Details 17 hours ago Qualifications Staff supervision Management Childhood development Team supervision Social service program staff supervision Mental health facility experience Working with children Child assessment Early intervention Full Job Description This position is responsible for supervising the daily functions of clinical therapists, early intervention coordinators, as well as other positions within Behavioral Health and Early Childhood Education which focuses on supporting the complex developmental needs of young children. This role is responsible for providing administrative and reflective supervision. Assists and makes recommendations to upper management staff for program design and implementation and for related personnel management and budgetary issues. Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related human service field required. At least one year formal or informal supervisory experience. At least three-years of experience working with children in a mental health/human services facility and at least one-year experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of early childhood population. Must have a current, valid State of Michigan professional license (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, LLP, LLMFT). An Infant Mental Health endorsement is preferred.
