Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Provide leadership and supervision of Shelter Care Workers to achieve a safe, clean, and high-quality shelter for youth with care and compassion. Strategically incorporate professional development opportunity for staff. Provide quality services to youth and families. Promote the mission of Catholic Charities and positive working relationships among staff.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience in a Child Care Institute; or Two years of college from an accredited college or university and 3 years of work experience in a Child Care Institute; or A high school diploma and 4 years of work experience in a Child Care Institute. A valid driver's license with less than 6 points and proof of current automobile insurance with bodily injury liability coverage for at least $500,000 combined single limit.
HOURS:
40 hours per week, with 75% of hours worked in the evening between 3pm and 7am; weekends as needed.

Full-Time, Exempt, Salaried, Benefit-eligible Job Type:
