• As a School Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting students'
• social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• while serving as a key member of a multidisciplinary team. You will collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to develop and implement effective student support plans.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students with diverse needs + Provide input and support for
• IEPs and IHPs
• + Deliver social-emotional and behavioral interventions + Support students' mental health and overall well-being + Partner with families, teachers, and staff to ensure student success + Maintain documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
