Required Skills & Qualifications:
Certification/licensure as a School Social Worker (as required by state guidelines) Experience working in schools, especially providing direct 1:1 paraeducator support Strong organizational and communication abilities Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Compassionate and adaptable with a strong sense of professional ethics
Responsibilities:
Deliver individual support services to assigned students as part of a school-based team Develop and implement strategies to enhance student success, social skills, and emotional wellbeing Document interventions and track student progress Communicate regularly with teachers, school staff, and families Participate in meetings, professional development, and case consultations
