School-Based Social Worker | Haslett, Michigan Soliant - 3.9 Haslett, MI Job Details Full-time | Contract 1 day ago Qualifications School experience Teacher collaboration Parent communication in school administration Multidisciplinary team collaboration for treatment planning Full Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program Valid School Social Worker license or eligibility for state certification Prior experience supporting students within a school setting preferred Strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by elementary-age children Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families Compassionate communicator with excellent organizational skills Knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and related documentation a plus
Core Responsibilities:
