Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist or fully-licensed clinical social worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pediatric mental health counseling and assessment, with experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with autism and pediatrics. This role involves providing clinical assessments, individual and group counseling, and developing treatment plans to support the mental well-being of our clients in an outpatient setting. Duties Provide individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the needs of clients. Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on clinical assessments. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, educators, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate clients and families about mental health issues and available resources. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in psychology. Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for clients, if requested and indicated. Requirements Master's, Educational Specialist (EdS), or Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.

D.), or LMSW from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure to practice psychology or social worker. Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred. Background in pediatrics. Proficiency in individual and group counseling techniques. Familiarity with clinical counseling practices in outpatient settings. Knowledge of medical record keeping standards and HIPAA compliance. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages.
