Position Overview:
A district in the Novi, MI area is seeking a School Social Worker to provide maternity leave coverage. This role will support students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs while working closely with staff and families in a collaborative school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide social work services to students in grades 5-6 Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff Support student success through interventions and consultations Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IEP requirements Assist with any additional IEP needs as they arise Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) Active School Social Worker (SSW) license
