Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive social work services to 5th and 6th-grade students. Implement and document Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring compliance and effective support. Collaborate with educational staff to develop and provide support services tailored to student needs. Maintain accurate records and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings to promote student success. Deliver onsite interventions and support within the school setting.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) is required. Valid certification or licensure as a School Social Worker. Prior experience working with middle school-aged students preferred.
