Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Salary:
$22,230 annually

Principal Position Summary:
Concord Academy Petoskey is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to support student success by promoting positive behavior, improving attendance, and connecting students and families with needed resources. This role helps foster a safe, supportive, and high-expectations school environment. About Our School Concord Academy of Petoskey is a public charter school serving students in grades Pre-K-12 in Petoskey, Michigan. The school emphasizes a well-rounded educational experience that integrates creativity, hands-on learning, and a STEAM-focused approach , while fostering a strong sense of community and individualized instruction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, Communication, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Preferred:
Three years of experience in behavior intervention, student support, or community outreach. Must pass a criminal background check.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement positive behavior interventions and student support plans. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and community agencies. Monitor student behavior, attendance, and discipline. Support school culture and climate initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned.
