Position Overview The Adult Outpatient Therapist provides comprehensive behavioral health services to adults experiencing mental health and/or co-occurring substance use disorders. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, care coordination, and discharge planning while utilizing Person-Centered Planning principles. Key Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and group therapy Assess and document mental health and substance use treatment needs Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, community providers, and support systems Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and case consultations Coordinate discharge planning and continuity of care Maintain compliance with agency, state, and funding source requirements Complete ongoing professional development and required training Required Qualifications ✔ Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling ✔
Active Michigan License:
LMSW LLMSW LPC LLPC LLP TLLP
