Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am - 7:00 pm; Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; possible evening/weekend hours based on needs

Flexible, approximately 36-40 hours

MI State Licensure (LCSW, LPC, or Psychology license)
Experience:
Masters' degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling; prior outpatient or mental health experience preferred
Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:
$1.00 (note: pay is dependent on licensing and experience; the internal data reflects a placeholder)

Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays including New Year's, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and more Mileage Reimbursement (IRS standard rate for using personal vehicle) Paid relevant training on adult mental health/substance abuse treatment What You'll Do Conduct intake evaluations and develop individual treatment plans Provide individual and group therapy for adults experiencing mental health or co-occurring substance use disorders Assess client needs based on Person-Centered Planning principles Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, school personnel, family service providers, and support staff Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation in accordance with policies Participate in team meetings, supervision, and case consultations Coordinate discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes Follow ethical standards and funding requirements Complete 24 hours of specialized training annually Perform additional duties as assigned, including possible evening and weekend hours to meet client needs
What You Need Required:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling Active Michigan licensure (LCSW, LPC, or Psychology license) Demonstrated experience within outpatient adult behavioral health
Preferred:
Prior experience in outpatient mental health settings Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed About the Assignment This role is based at a well-respected facility committed to mental health excellence.
