$36,400 - $43,680 annually (Part-Time) Flexible Part-Time Schedule About Time Together Adult Day Center Time Together Adult Day Center (TTADC) is a growing therapeutic adult day program serving adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, serious mental illness, veterans, and older adults throughout Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb Counties. Our mission is to promote independence, dignity, social integration, and emotional wellness through compassionate, person-centered care. We are seeking a dedicated Limited License Master Social Worker (LLMSW) to join our clinical team and provide both group and individual therapy services under the supervision of a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). Position Summary The LLMSW will provide therapeutic services to adults experiencing mental health, cognitive, developmental, and behavioral health challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping vulnerable populations improve coping skills, emotional regulation, socialization, and overall quality of life. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a limited license clinician seeking supervision, professional growth, and experience working in a multidisciplinary setting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic group sessions Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions Develop and implement treatment goals and interventions Complete clinical documentation in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and commercial insurance standards Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused interventions, psychoeducation, and supportive counseling techniques Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed Collaborate with caregivers, AFC providers, case managers, and treatment teams Participate in clinical supervision with the supervising LMSW Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with NASW and State of Michigan regulations Assist with behavioral health assessments and discharge planning when appropriate
QualificationsRequired:
Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program Current Michigan Limited License Master Social Worker (LLMSW) Ability to work on-site Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience documenting clinical services Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Preferred:
