In this role, you will oversee the care and support of 2-4 individuals living in a residential home. You'll work closely with our Designated Managers to ensure high-quality, person-centered services while maintaining compliance with 245D regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure 245D compliance and maintain a strong understanding of licensing requirements. Support, coach, and mentor DSPs. Review and address incident reports to ensure safety and compliance. Advocate for individuals' rights and ensure their voices are heard. Evaluate service quality and satisfaction for individuals served, their families, and case managers. Provide staff training and development to ensure competency and compliance. Implement corrective actions as needed and oversee program improvements.

What We're Looking For:

Leadership Experience:

At least 1 year in a supervisory role within a disability services program. ✔

Direct Care Experience:

A minimum of 3 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities and 2 years working with children with disabilities. ✔

Education:

Must meet ONE of the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field + 1 year of full-time direct care experience. Associate degree in a human services-related field + 2 years of full-time direct care experience. Diploma in a human services-related field + 3 years of full-time direct care experience.
