Job Summary:

The Family Experience and Student Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for supporting and integrating family engagement, language access, and student recruitment, admissions, and retention efforts across assigned campuses. This role ensures that all families, especially multilingual and historically underserved communities, experience clear communication, equitable access, and a welcoming school environment from initial recruitment through long-term enrollment and engagement. The Coordinator plays a key role in aligning outreach, enrollment, and family support systems to create a seamless and culturally responsive experience for students and families. Why Hiawatha?
