Social Services Worker

Social Services Worker Social Services Workers are qualified by education and experience to provide direct care to both patients and family members. Minimum of a Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree or Masters in counseling, psychology, sociology, or psychiatric nursing Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW) preferred Must have experience in hospital, mental health, oncology or home health environments Must possess good communications skills, both oral and written Must be willing to participate in a multi-disciplinary team process of treatment planning and patient care evaluation Must be willing to be cross trained and function in all areas of the hospitals social service program
