The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with youth, demonstrating strong leadership skills while fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere. This role is essential in promoting personal growth, teamwork, and positive behavior among participants. Duties Lead and supervise daily activities for children in various settings such as camps, daycare, or after-school programs. Implement behavior management strategies to ensure a positive experience for all participants. Develop and facilitate engaging programs that incorporate sports coaching, arts and crafts, and educational activities. Provide Christian counseling when appropriate, offering guidance and support aligned with our values. Maintain effective classroom management to create an organized and productive environment. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding the progress and well-being of their children. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of all activities. Monitor the safety and welfare of all participants at all times. Qualifications Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, camps, or educational environments is preferred. Strong skills in behavior management and classroom management are essential. Ability to engage with students effectively, fostering a sense of community and belonging. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for childcare and youth development.
