Job Description
Jubilee Healing Farm is a BIPOC-led, LGBTQIA+-affirming nonprofit rooted in 10 acres of working land in Hillsborough, North Carolina, where farming and mental health care grow alongside one another. Founded on the belief that healing is inseparable from the land, Jubilee integrates nature-based and ecotherapy approaches with clinical mental health services to serve individuals and communities often underserved by traditional care. The farm donates fresh produce to community partners, hosts volunteers and community workshops, and cultivates an intergenerational space where tending the earth is itself a path toward human flourishing.
