In this role, you will work with infants and young children experiencing developmental challenges or who may be at risk for developmental delays, helping them build skills and reach important milestones during their earliest years.
Pay:
Starting at $30/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities:
Complete developmental screenings, evaluations, and assessments for infants and young children. Deliver individualized early intervention services based on each child's unique strengths and needs. Create and carry out treatment plans designed to support developmental growth and family goals. Partner with parents, caregivers, and community providers to ensure a collaborative approach to services. Track progress through ongoing assessment and adjust intervention strategies when appropriate. Coach and educate families on techniques and activities that encourage development in everyday routines. Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes. Apply current evidence-based practices and remain informed about developments in the early intervention field. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities. Follow all professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards related to service delivery.

Christmas and New Year's Day Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required in one of the following areas: Social Work Early Childhood Education Early Childhood Special Education Special Education Speech-Language Pathology Related field Experience working with young children and families is preferred. Understanding of child development and early intervention principles. Strong observational, assessment, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable using technology and electronic documentation systems. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
