School-based Therapist

HopeSpoke is seeking a therapist to provide therapy services within four Lincoln Public Schools during the academic year starting the 26/27 school year. This is a .75 FTE position that runs full time for 39 weeks out of the year, following the Lincoln Public Schools calendar. Additional time in the Outpatient program to add on time year-round and increase FTE up to a full 1.0 is available and optional and would include additional pay. Experience working with school age youth and families would be bene ficial for this position. If additional work with the Outpatient program is desired, work with clients will range in ages across the lifespan. Coordination with LPS staff, family members, and others involved and addressing issues that the youth are experiencing within their school, home and community settings will be an important aspect of this position. Position will also involve coordination with community entities; experience and knowledge related to community agencies and resources is valued. Ability to provide evidence-based services and interven- tions and possessing strong clinical skills is preferred. Candidates should possess or be willing to develop: Excellent clinical skills, strong organizational skills, experience working with trauma, positive attitude and high level of motivation, as well as the ability to work with both the HopeSpoke team and community partners. Opportunities and training working with adolescent sexual misconduct issues within the Outpatient pro- graming are available if interested. Licensure required (PLMHP, LMHP or LIMHP).
