  • Our impact reaches across 16 counties in Southeast Nebraska About the Role As our Training & Outreach Coordinator, you will lead the development and delivery of impactful, evidence-informed training programs that equip professionals, caregivers, and communities to better prevent, recognize, and respond to child abuse.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, speaking to diverse audiences, and turning complex topics into meaningful learning experiences . What You'll Do Lead Education & Training Design and deliver dynamic trainings—both in-person and online—for professionals, parents, and youth Develop and adapt curricula on child abuse prevention, investigation, and response Create engaging educational materials, workshops, and on-demand learning resources Build Community Connections Strengthen partnerships across urban and rural communities throughout our 16-county service area Collaborate with schools, universities, and partner agencies to expand BraveBe's reach Serve as a trusted resource for multidisciplinary teams and community stakeholders Drive Impact & Innovation Assess training needs and continuously improve programs based on feedback and outcomes Support awareness initiatives like Child Abuse Prevention & Awareness Month Contribute to grant efforts and organizational growth What You Bring Bachelor's degree in a related field (social work, communications, psychology, etc.) Experience in public speaking, training, or facilitation Background working with children, families, or trauma-informed services Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences A collaborative mindset and a passion for mission-driven work Benefits That Support You We know that doing meaningful work requires strong support.
