Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Oversee Early Childhood Programs 0-5 Health & Nutrition requirements; Monitor/ supervise nurses; coordinate round- up activities and oversee/ track trainings; develop policies and procedures.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop all health policies and procedures Responsible for the supervision of Nursing staff. Complete on-site monitoring Coordinate preschool round-up activities Oversee tracking/ training & analysis of Child Plus health data systems. Attend all required ECP management meetings & professional development trainings. Adhere to all CNCAP related policies and procedures Promote the program and agency in a positive and professional mannerQUALIFICATIONS A
Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing & a current Nebraska RN license Valid driver's license with a clean record Previous supervisory & management experienceSKILLS & ABILITIES
Problem-solving skills Written and oral communication skills Supervisory skills Excellent time-management and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work with othersSCHEDULE
Monday-Thursday:
7am - 5pm orMonday-Friday:

Full-Time, 40 hours per weekPAY:
$27.04 - $28.15 This position is set to close on May 21, 2026 at 12 PM.BENEFITS
