We are dedicated to strengthening and supporting children and families by offering compassionate, practical, and effective services. If you're passionate about making a difference, we invite you to become part of our team. What You'll Do As a Youth and Family Specialist , you'll work directly with children and families by: Providing youth mentorship and in-home family support Offering face-to-face contact, role modeling, and coaching Supporting families in crisis using proven intervention strategies Collaborating with probation officers and other professionals to meet family needs Advocating for children and ensuring their well-being Maintaining clear and accurate documentation Utilize time wisely

Help empower families to function independently and thrive What You Need High school diploma or GED At least two years of job-related or lived experience A commitment to our mission of strengthening families and empowering positive change Ability to work in and travel around the counties in your office region Must be 21 years of age or older. These include APS/CPS, Nebraska DMV, National and State Criminal History, and the Nebraska Sex Offender Registry. Checks are updated every two years for all employees.
