What You'll Do As a Youth and Family Specialist , you'll work directly with children and families by: Providing youth mentorship and in-home family support Offering face-to-face contact, role modeling, and coaching Supporting families in crisis using proven intervention strategies Collaborating with probation officers and other professionals to meet family needs Advocating for children and ensuring their well-being Maintaining clear and accurate documentation Utilize time wisely
