Job Description

Join a collaborative behavioral health team dedicated to supporting individuals in psychiatric crisis and helping them move toward recovery, stability, and improved quality of life. What You'll Do As a Crisis Clinician, you'll provide immediate, life-changing support to individuals experiencing psychiatric emergencies in hospital emergency departments and in the community.
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments Provide crisis intervention, stabilization, and safety planning Collaborate with emergency department staff, first responders, and psychiatrists Support individuals in avoiding hospitalization or incarceration when appropriate Deliver mobile crisis response services in the community Coordinate referrals and follow-up care Provide in-office and phone-based triage, including walk-ins and urgent referrals This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role ideal for clinicians who thrive under pressure, think critically, and value meaningful client engagement.
Schedule & Flexibility Full-time:
5 eight-hour shifts per week All shifts available: days, evenings, overnights Includes rotating or occasional weekends Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance Qualifications Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
