HS Club/Activities 2026/2027 Cinnaminson Township Public Schools - 5.0 Cinnaminson, NJ Job Details Full-time 22 hours ago Qualifications School experience Substitute Teaching Certification Parent collaboration Working with high schoolers Working with students Parent communication in school administration Educational compliance and regulation understanding Full Job Description As a high school club advisor, your role is to guide and support a group of students who share a common interest or goal. You will work closely with the club members to plan and organize meetings, events, and activities that align with the club's mission and objectives. You will also act as a mentor and role model for the students, helping them develop leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the club and its members Collaborate with the students to plan and organize club meetings, events, and activities Ensure that all club activities are in compliance with school policies and regulations Encourage and support the development of leadership, teamwork, and communication skills among the students Provide guidance and advice to the students on club-related matters Act as a mentor and role model for the students, promoting positive behavior and attitudes Communicate regularly with the school administration, parents, and other stakeholders about club activities and achievements Monitor and manage the club's budget and resources, ensuring that all expenditures are within budget and approved by the school administration Maintain accurate records of club activities, membership, and finances
Qualifications:
Minimum of a substitute certificate Experience working with high school students Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and parents Knowledge of school policies and regulations Enthusiasm for the club's mission and goals AV/Stage Manager Robotics Indoor Drumline/Colorguard (3)
