We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative professional to join our Related Services Team as a case manager. Certifications - Valid NJ Certificate as a School Psychologist, LDT-C, School Counselor, SLP or School Social Worker. Responsibilities- Coordinate the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Schedule and facilitate 30-day, annual review meetings, consultation and evaluations and planning meetings with Districts. Maintain confidential student records and compliance documentation with federal and state special education regulations. Monitor student progress toward IEP goals and objectives, implementation of accommodations, modifications, and related services. Ensure timely completion of required documentation. Collaborate with special education staff to support student success. Review evaluation reports and educational data to support program recommendations. Collaborate with outside agencies and service providers, as appropriate. Participate in Case Management Team meetings and professional development activities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet regulatory deadlines. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the building principal.

Salary:
$70,000- $80,000 - negotiable with experience.
Full-Time Position :
10 months, plus ESY; Daily hours: 8:00-3:30.
