Job Description

Social Worker
  • Somerset
  • Full Time
  • Annual salary starting $82,000 (depending on experience)
  • 9:00am
  • 5:00pm Monday
  • Friday including occasional weekends and holidays

  • The Social Worker will carry out and maintain person-centered quality care for participants to maximize their well-being and quality of life.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
MSW and BSW from an accredited College or University required. Certified or licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Social Work Examiners (LSW or CSW). Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care Experience and 1 year supervisory experience in a health care setting. Geriatric experience strongly preferred. Flu vaccine required during flu season.
