Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to provide counseling and supportive services to individuals, families, and groups. The LSW will work under the clinical supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-centered care in accordance with New Jersey regulations and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual, group, and/or family counseling services within the scope of LSW practice Conduct client assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care Refer clients to appropriate community resources and services Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations Participate in case reviews, supervision sessions, and staff meetings Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed under LCSW supervision Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with professional ethics and agency policies

Supervision:

Receive regular clinical supervision from a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as required by New Jersey law Adhere to supervisory guidance and professional development plans

Qualifications:

Active Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credential in the State of New Jersey Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program Knowledge of counseling techniques, crisis intervention, and case management practices Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively with diverse populations Basic computer proficiency, including electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in clinical or community-based settings It is a bonus if you have bilingual or multilingual skills EMDR experience is a plus but not necessary Experience working with mental health
