Support children with special education requirements by collaborating with teachers and specialists. Conduct crisis management activities to ensure safety during emergencies or behavioral incidents. Facilitate communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, attendance, and well-being. Assist in coordinating childcare services for families facing challenges or emergencies. Qualifications High School diploma Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Experience working with children in educational, social work, or childcare settings. Knowledge of child welfare laws, child protective services procedures, and crisis intervention techniques. Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and conflict management strategies. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and counseling skills. Excellent communication skills to engage with students, families, and school staff clearly and empathetically.
