Job Description

Tower Lodge Care Center , a 60 long-term care & rehabilitation facility located in Wall Township NJ, is seeking a Full-Time Social Worker to join our team of professionals and to assist our Director of Social Services. Four Days a WeeK! Duties include, but are not limited to: Helping with Adjustment Care Planning Advocacy Discharge Planning Obtaining Authorizations To qualify for this Social Worker position, the ideal
Candidate:
Must have a LSW or CSW Minimum 1 year's experience in a Health Care setting preferred Must have a passion for the senior population Must have strong writing skills and be an effective communicator Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus but not a requirement.
