Qualifications:
LMSW or LCSW licensure in New Mexico (required) Valid PED certification as a School Social Worker in hand Experience with high school populations preferred Strong individual and group counseling skills Background in crisis intervention and case management
Responsibilities:
Provide counseling to individuals and small groups of high school students Manage cases for students requiring social-emotional support Assist with crisis intervention as needed Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students' well-being
