YOUR JOB
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, stability, and well-being of children in foster and kinship care. You will partner closely with foster families, service teams, and community providers to assess needs, coordinate services, and support positive outcomes for children. Through coaching, oversight, and relationship-based practice, you will help ensure placements are safe, therapeutic, and aligned with each child s individualized plan of care.

WHAT YOU LL DO TO MAKE AN IMPACT
Safeguard Children Monitor safety, well-being, and placement stability while responding promptly to any abuse, neglect, or safety concerns. Support Foster Families Provide coaching, supervision, and ongoing guidance to foster and kinship parents using evidence-based, relationship-focused practices. Coordinate Care Assess needs, develop service plans, and collaborate with internal teams and community partners to ensure appropriate interventions are in place. Track Progress Monitor child and family progress, document outcomes, and adjust services as needed to support permanency and well-being. Ensure Compliance Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure services meet regulatory, contractual, and accreditation standards. Respond in Crisis Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during emergency or after-hours situations when assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING
(Basic Qualifications)
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Social Work or a related human services field
Requirements:
Candidates must possess a valid driver s license, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration.

Strong assessment, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
WHAT PUTS YOU AHEAD
Experience working with children and families in foster care, kinship care, or child welfare settings Knowledge of trauma-informed and relationship-based care models Experience coordinating services or supporting foster/kinship families Master s degree or professional licensure in a related field
