LCSW, LPCC/LPC, or LMFT (state license required) Education:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field Experience:
5+ years clinical experience, including 2+ years in a comparable role Key Responsibilities Conduct mental health screenings and assessments Develop and manage treatment plans Provide counseling and crisis intervention Maintain clinical documentation Work with incarcerated populations in a correctional setting Ensure confidentiality and compliance with policies Requirements Mental health counseling experience Open availability per facility scheduling policy U.S. citizenship and Social Security card required for clearance Must be at least 18 years old Ideal Candidate Licensed behavioral health professional with strong assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and correctional or institutional mental health experience. •Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
