As a contracted School Social Worker, you'll help students navigate challenges by providing essential counseling and case management services within a collaborative campus community. In this full-time role, you'll work closely with students on your caseload, offering small group and individual counseling sessions. You'll play a pivotal role in crisis intervention and collaborate with educational staff to support students' well-being and academic success.

What you bring:

• Active LMSW or LCSW license in New Mexico
• Current PED certification as a School Social Worker in hand
• Experience supporting high school-aged youth
• Compassion and adaptability in handling sensitive student concerns
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with school-based case management
• Ability to provide both group and individual counseling
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice Your impact will include:
