- Telehealth Job Type Contract Soliant has an opening for a School Social Worker
- Student Wellness Services on a full-time contract assignment with a school district in Nevada.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students.
- Conduct social and developmental assessments.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address student needs.
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Develop intervention plans to improve student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
- Connect students and families with community resources and support services.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and families.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention and behavioral support strategies.
Qualifications:
- Nevada School Social Worker License.
- Ability to meet all district hiring requirements.
Experience:
- Previous school-based experience preferred.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or families is highly desirable.
Education:
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
