Complete intake and discharge process for all clients Identify available resources. Provide referrals and linkages to other community agencies as appropriate. Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM (35 hrs/week) •Subject to call•

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree in related field preferred 1 year or less of experience working in human services or relevant work experience
