Shift Timings:

 Monday -Friday Pay- USD 22/hr-USD27/hr Position summary: Provide mental health therapy and assessments for forensic patients, including individual counselling, treatment planning, and clinical documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Client provides mental health services to forensic patients. Candidate will be required to submit of TB Testing. May have contact with incarcerated individuals. Candidate will also be subjected to CNYPC Orientation. Contract Staff would mainly be working weekdays and assisting in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans) According to policy and Procedure.
