Social Worker

Duties:

• Conduct individual or couples meeting with families/ individuals , utilizing evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing and applied behavior analysis.
• Provide case management services to clients, including coordinating and advocating for their needs within the healthcare system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans for clients.
• Conduct clinical research and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of social work.
• Provide counseling and support to children and families, with a focus on pediatrics and child family counseling.
• Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Valid licensure or certification as a Social Worker.
• Experience in addiction counseling is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research methodologies and ability to apply research findings to practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
