Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities:
Engage lower-income families with children aged 0-6 through regular home visits. Provides support to families to promote positive outcomes for child development and parent-child relationship, through quality engagement and utilisation of evidence-based strategies. Partners closely with families to ensure children have a strong and good start in life.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Early Childhood, Psychology, or a related field Preferably has experience working with young children (0-6 years) and families Comfortable conducting home visits and engaging families in a community setting Able to build rapport and communicate effectively with parents from diverse backgrounds Empathetic, patient, and culturally sensitive Good organisational and documentation skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Willing to travel within the west and southwest region If you are interested to join us, please apply via
